Just a few thoughts for those who view this blog...

I just want to say hello to everyone who views the "One Track Mind" blog. I am so thankful and appreciative of those sharing a post that they like. By sharing you may be helping someone you don't even know to reconsider some things about their life. I know because it happened to me.

 I wanted to get "off track" so to speak and just post some music. Music can heal. I'm talking to someone right now who is thinking of ending their life. My hope is that you reconsider.
